Interview
Entrevista 1: Había que hacer un modelo de pronóstico usando Python a través de un Jupyter Notebook. También completar 1 prueba de SQL. Además, responder 7 preguntas teóricas sobre la ciencia de datos, modelos, análisis de datos, etc. Entrevista 2: Reunión con 3 personas. Una de ellas es tu jefe directo. La entrevista es en español y en inglés. Son varias preguntas sobre qué hiciste en algunas situaciones y qué harías en otras. Las preguntas son difíciles. Las últimas dos preguntas situacionales estaban exageradamente orientadas a la resolución de conflictos. Entrevista 3: Tenías que presentar un proyecto que ya hubieras hecho.

1. ¿Qué harías si tu compañero dice que hiciste mal tu trabajo o que no haces tu trabajo en una reunión donde están todas las personas importantes? 2. ¿Qué harías si necesitas hacer un proyecto desde cero en el cual llevabas meses trabajando pero nadie te puede ayudar y todos están de vacaciones y tienes que entregarlo en esa semana?

Interview
Situational test, phone interview with AI/ML/SWE trivia and best practices, in-person presentation of DS project, behavioral interviews with managers and senior manager. Process took about 1-2 months, was relatively smooth.
I did not complete the entire interview process. I just did the behavioral interview round as I took another job opportunity. It was an average behavioral interview. I think there was two more interviews after.
