Interview
Online application in which they ask for CV, but it's up to you if you want to provide cover letter, references or transcript. Online assessment to determine your profile in terms of teamwork, leadership, initiative. Reasoning test which has quite a lot of questions, so it's important to practice beforehand. 3 interviews, with different department managers and finally the plant manager. Questions in the "tell me about a situation in which you..." style.

Tell me about a situation in which you faced a difficult problem and how you solved it.
The interview process was well-structured and professional. The interviewers asked challenging behavioral questions, focusing on leadership and collaboration. Overall, it was a positive experience that gave me good insights.good experience.
5 rounds of interviews with questions directly from the P&G framework. Questions were not very challenging and can be prepared beforehand based on the P&G question format. The rounds increase based on levels of seniority , last round is the highest band.
