Two rounds of interviews in person with overall 5 interviewers. mainly behaviors and previous experience questions. First set of interviews organized in collaboration with the Federico II University. First two interviewers hold by HR resources, than members of the trade marketing and marketing departments.

Algumas perguntas fora de contexto, como “qual seu filme preferido?”, bastante dificultoso, diversos estagios de entrevista, alguns entrevistadores claramente não queria estar ali. Em resumo, precisa de muita perseverança mesmo.
Quite a lengthy process, very many questions and required structure of responses, STAR method. Interview took over an hour over and above the previous two rounds of aptitude tests.
In the end it didn't proceed as they mentioned that there no longer a business need for the position, which I found indicative of disorganisation.
