La entrevista te la dan despues de haber pasado las evaluaciones.
La primera en mi caso fue con alguien de recursos humanos y en mi experiencia fue muy amigable.
Al pasar la primera entrevista ya es la entrevista final y es con 2 personas, alguien de recursos humanos y alguien del area al que aplicaste.
En general el proceso es muy eficiente y no tardan mas de 4 dias en avisarte de cada etapa.
The interview process was well-structured and professional. The interviewers asked challenging behavioral questions, focusing on leadership and collaboration. Overall, it was a positive experience that gave me good insights.good experience.
5 rounds of interviews with questions directly from the P&G framework. Questions were not very challenging and can be prepared beforehand based on the P&G question format. The rounds increase based on levels of seniority , last round is the highest band.
