After the online test, the recruiter reached out to me within two weeks, the interviewer was friendly and created a good interview environment, the interview was not hard just standard behavioral questions.

Question 1
Mainly behavioral, what is the biggest obstacle you had to overcome, how did you deal with a coworker who was not doing his work,.
1 online assessment and 3 rounds of interviews. Questions include case studies and questions about your previous experience. The goal is to check if you're a good leader and have the same values as the company.
7 questions in total, 5 behavioral and 2 situational questions.
The interviewer was nice which made me feel comfortable. In case there is something unclear or a point I missed, she asked me about it to cover all aspects.
