Offline, You get interviewed multiple times. No techincal interview is done. They qualify you based on interpersonal skills. If you pass 1st interview, you go on to the 2nd level where you are asked the same questions most probably,

1 Round simple and easy. 45 minute interview asked 6 questions in total and answer in a STAR format. Situation, Task/action/result and include it in every question. answer confidently and dont hesitate. They are very nice with the marking and they respond with in couple weeks.
There were 2 rounds of interviews, asking about your leadership experience and examples of driving change in previous roles. In between the interview there were tests verifying your pattern recognition skills.
