Tedious, bot will filter to see if pass through online assessment. Should have face to face first instead. Get that it's part of because process, but it just seemed inauthentic with a slim change to get in unless you have model answers. Applicants should get a chance to show their personality instead.

Interview
First numerical and verbal reasoning tests, and then three interviews. The interviews are pretty light-hearted and friendly. Interviewers are trying to help you and they put effort into making you feel at ease.
