CV Screening, then online assessment test, then one one-hour interview online and then 2 one-hour interviews in person at the headquarters. Overall it was a great process. I know they don't always do it in person, but in Italy I think they do it more

They also asked different kind of questions to see better how I think and to understand me better, as well as asking some questions about what would I do in a specific case connected to the job
The interview process was well-structured and professional. The interviewers asked challenging behavioral questions, focusing on leadership and collaboration. Overall, it was a positive experience that gave me good insights.good experience.
5 rounds of interviews with questions directly from the P&G framework. Questions were not very challenging and can be prepared beforehand based on the P&G question format. The rounds increase based on levels of seniority , last round is the highest band.
