Interview
Initial test similar to Pymetrics measuring reaction time and behaviour. This was then followed by 3 one hour long interviews first by HR and then Finance Directors, one market estimation came up and then it was fit questions and hypothetical business scenarios. Went though the process in 3 weeks and then had to wait for 6 weeks for the decision.

Had to first complete an online assessment at my own time to evaluate relevant skills, followed by a panel interview to further assess suitability, experience, and alignment with the role’s requirements.
