It will first be a virtual test or quiz. The quiz or initial assessment is a mix of questions that are situational and gamified behavior quizzes.
Followed by 3 interview that could either range from situational, leadership, and minimal technical interview.

4 stages of interview, pretty decent and pleasant. Sort of repetitive and mostly it’s about how you speak about yourself. Stupid intelligence tests that honestly don’t make any sense. Overall I’d say better than standard interviewing process
