Interview
After submitting my interest, I got a quick follow up, which seemed professional, to take on technical tests.
After a good score on the technical test, the feedback is that I was shortlisted because there was a high demand for my skills. An invitation to a screening interview followed shortly.
There was no background set for the meeting. No agenda. No expectations, absolutely nothing to help you figure out the expectations or lingo of this company.
Screening interview started, still no guidelines as to what they are looking for in a person. Got a generic feedback after the interview that they are unable to proceed with the application and, due to high volume of applications they are unable to provide any more details.
So basically, fundamental respect quickly disappears from the table in this company culture.
My advice. Unless you know what they would like to hear, consider spending time some where else.
Standard interview: a screening call with a recruiter and then a separate technical test. The technical test via online platform. First part: testing questions, second coding tasks. Questions were detailed and were checking specifics of the programming language.

Started smooth,, but they trust more the AI interview tools. If you like this process you can be interviewed. Even I got back to proceed to the next step, they automatically cancel the process using AI tools

Interview
The interviewer was clearly reading a prompt when asking, moving on the chair so much that it was annoying at some point. I declined the 2nd interview after considering the salary expectation, which didn't differ much comparing with a normal contract.
