The get-to-know interview is quite relaxed. They try to get to know how you work and the focus is mainly of whether you can work independently or are you completely dependent on supervision.

Tell us about the most significant project that you have worked on. What it was about, what challenges you went through and how did you manage to stay on track?
Standard interview: a screening call with a recruiter and then a separate technical test. The technical test via online platform. First part: testing questions, second coding tasks. Questions were detailed and were checking specifics of the programming language.

Started smooth,, but they trust more the AI interview tools. If you like this process you can be interviewed. Even I got back to proceed to the next step, they automatically cancel the process using AI tools

Interview
The interviewer was clearly reading a prompt when asking, moving on the chair so much that it was annoying at some point. I declined the 2nd interview after considering the salary expectation, which didn't differ much comparing with a normal contract.
