Proxify interview questions

Very good interview process. It is a standard process where you talk to HR then technical interview for problem solving. You can pass them easily if you are good in your industry

Very big on wasting your time. The interview process consists of 4 steps. First an mcq test with react questions. After passing this, you take the 3 hours technical test. The technical test had 3 question. 1 about lazy loading images, you get to use intersectional observer here, it was kinda tough but I was able solved most of it. The second was easy, creating a tab component. The third one was the hardest, utilizing context to make an existing music player component work. I was able to finish this at the last minute and got a 90+ overall in all 3. The next step was the intro call, and then an english language test. After waiting for about 5 days, I was sent a generic rejection later with no explanation at all and asked me to apply again in 6 months. I guess so they can waste my time all over again. I mailed them for closure and what I have to do better in the next interview, but was ignored. The mail was not replied. My portal on their website still displays a congratulatory message till now. Very poor communication, they just wasted my time.
