I had applied online. There are many technical test there listed below
1. They sent online quiz about react and js. Something about 20 questions in 30 minute.
2. They assigned me on a online technical task. They gave 3 hour to solve 3 task in ReactJs. One was about create tabs, complete music player, laz loading images, I had completed with 98% success in 2 hours. Only one test case had been failed which i do believe had been written wrongly. I reported that.
3. Online quiz for testing behavioral with 55 questions :/
4. You will finally have online interview with real person that would take 30minutes
5. Neeed to pass technical interview again. It was scheduled with 3rd part company called Karat. They use their platform for video call that is very buggy in first interview every 2 minutes the system was throwing me out from call after it happening 10-15 times the intreviewer asked me to reschedule. After 2 days i had interview with another person. So he gave me 10 easy questions about ReactJs i had 10 minutes to answer all of them under recording. After they will gave you 40 minutes to solve 2 technical tests and here it goes. They will ask you to add form, form validation, dom manipulation using completely and only JS. 10 years ago if you would ask me this i would complete that in 10 minutes but nowadays who uses that? Last decade i had never faced project that uses pure javascript instead of React, Vue or even Angular. I hadto rememmber all methods of browser with dom manipulation and their editor also not helping at all - you need to click run each time you change something and it was taking something around 30-35 second to run the code :/ So at the end i only had been completed one task. Didnt even know what was the second. As the result I got reject. So dont waste your time. Its funny how they think using old techniques identifies your level of knowledge :D
