The interview process is very organized. The HR Team sends an introductory email and ask the candidate to book a screening appointment using Calendly. During the screening interview the recruiter describes the role and gathers information about you as a candidate. Information gather include summary and relevant experience to the role. Then, the recruiter presents the interview and work process. By end of the screening, the recruiter agrees with the candidate about the best time to send a technical challenge on Codility. The second phase is Codility technical challenge where the candidate is given number of technical assignments with a time frame to accomplish. The candidate is given 5 days to complete the test by choosing any time to start. Yet, once started, the test has to be completed within specific duration. The technical team in Proxify then assesses the submitted code and decides weather to continue the recruitment process or to terminate. The candidate is informed in both cases. If passed, Proxify sends an email to the candidate to book an appointment with one of the technical assessment team members for a formal 1:1 online interview. During the formal 1:1 interview, the technical assessor asks questions about real life technical situations related to the role. Example: When are we allowed to have technical debts? the formal interview result is then communicated to the candidate in a few days.
