HRs are always sweet and nice, friendly. But they tech evaluations is a joke. First of all they expect you to spend 3 hours on a codility test, then 1 hours of technical interview, which is outsourced to another company, and this company is not so sweet to say the least. I guess they are just indifferent and trying to sabotage you as much as possible. If you were anxious between this life coding and speed-test technical interview, the interviewer will make it 100% worse. In total you can expect spending 5-6 hours for interview process, which will have zero to nothing to do with the domain you are working in. You can try, ofc, the company does not look bad, but 4 hours of different kinds of coding tests - waste of time, really.
