Publix Cashier interview questions

The application process requires you to complete a questionnaire, which they grade and categorize whether an employee is desirable. My interview was with the department manager and the Assistant Store Manager. The questions were of average difficulty, but they seem to have different standards for the hiring process depending on department and applicant. These varying standards seems to be a consistent theme with the company.

Had to interview with 4 managers over a period of 2 week . Once hired you have to go to training class to learn about the company and how they work.
