Publix Grocery Bagger interview questions

This was probably one of the easiest interviews I have ever had. It was also a bonus that my brothers at the time worked there, so I pretty much got hired on the spot afterward.

Met with the hiring manager, discussed past retail experience, completed a quick problem-solving test, and answered situational questions before receiving a conditional job offer. During the interview, the candidate also participated in a brief group activity, demonstrated customer service skills, discussed availability, and asked about growth opportunities at Publix, receiving positive feedback from the panel.
