Publix PTS Support Technician interview questions

The initial interview was held via Microsoft Teams with three interviewers. It began with standard introductions and questions about my background, followed by a detailed overview of the job responsibilities. After that, I was asked a few basic technical questions. After the technical questions, they asked that I explain what the role entailed. I provided a concise summary of what had been explained to me earlier, but they proceeded to elaborate on things I hadn’t mentioned. This felt redundant and extended the discussion unnecessarily. As a result, I was not able to ask questions I had at the end of the interview.
