I applied through an employee referral. I interviewed at Publix (Miami, FL) in Mar 2017

Nice and easy, it’s not stressful and they ask you easy questions as long as u don’t have a lot of no call no shows at a previous job and have flexible hours they will hire you

I applied in-person. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Publix (Winter Springs, FL) in Jan 2018
Interview
Easy, ask about strengths, weaknesses and goals, and possible aspirations with the company. I was asked to explain my previous jobs and try to compare and contrast them to publix.
I applied online. I interviewed at Publix (Boone, NC) in Jul 2018
Interview
The interview was pretty easy. I went in and was asked about 5-7 questions ranging from, "where do you see yourself in five years?" to, "why do you want to work at Publix?" My manager was super nice and as long as you have a positive attitude and a smile on your face, it's pretty likely that you'll get a call back or an instant offer.
