I applied through college or university. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at PwC (Chicago, IL) in Jan 2014
Interview
Easy. 3 interviews and didn't get asked anything technical at all. Pretty much just getting to know you and seeing if they could work next to you. This is important due to the long hours that occur throughout the year (not just busy season so don't believe that). Nice enough people but some of the partners can't help but ooze ego when talking about themselves.

I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at PwC (Boston, MA) in Mar 2016
Interview
I interviewed with one partner, one senior manager, and one senior associate. Each interview lasted 30 minutes and most of the questions are behavioral. Leadership/teamwork/professional skepticism are the most likely questions you are going to encounter.

Interview
There were two rounds to the interview process: the on-campus interview and the follow up interview at the office. In total there were 3 separate interviews, which allowed multiple people to assess my abilities and made each interview a little less stressful because the entire job offer wasn't reliant upon one interview.
