The interview process was quite lengthy. Applied online and passed the tests. Then went on to the assessment centre and finally the final interview. The questions were mostly based on the competency framework so make sure you prepare for these in advance. It is ok if you have to think for a bit to give an example but make sure you have them in your head and don't use the same experience for everything but alternate between different ones.
