Interview
1. HR Call to talk about career goals, salary expectations, and availability. and basic questions about the company and the role.
2. Senior Managers: Expect detailed questions about your technical skills, problem-solving abilities, and how you handle specific job-related scenarios. They may also explore your approach to privacy risk management, compliance strategies, and how you collaborate with cross-functional teams.
3. Partner: may discuss your vision for privacy risk management, how you’ve led significant projects, and your ability to contribute to the company’s long-term goals.
Many stages to the interview. Some very very difficult some not quite as bad. Group interview and individual inter view s. Very similar to other big 4 inter views. All were online but may have changed over the years
The process is quite long, took about 6 hours but there is not enough time for fully preparation. most time are for waiting. However the people there are very nice to answer all kinds of question.
