First you have a call with a recruiter to understand your background. Thereafter you may progress to an interview with a Senior Manager or Director. Final interview will be with a Partner.

Question 1
Describe a conflict you've had to resolve as part of managing a team.
I applied online. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at PwC (London, England) in Nov 2018
Interview
I had 3 rounds of interviews in total. The first was with senior managers, the second with the director of the unit (team leader) and the third with the director and vice director of the division. They all asked me about my past work experiences (they were more interested in that than in my bachelors or masters degrees) and went through my CV in detail. I had to recount everything and they asked many questions about every single job I had (i.e. challenges faced, how I dealt with time management issues, or interpersonal relationship troubles with colleagues/bosses, what would be my one fault and how I addressed it, what was my greatest accomplishment in that job, all the tasks involved, what I had learned from the experience, what I would change/or do better if I could do the job again, etc). Of course I was also asked more traditional questions such as why I was applying for that job and why with them. What career progression aspirations I had, etc. Each interview took about 1 hour.
I applied through an employee referral. I interviewed at PwC (Maskat) in Jan 2015
Interview
Interviews generally include the questions related to your prior audit experience and knowledge about IFRS. But it also depends upon the seniority level of interviewer and the latest trend in accountancy.
