Step by Step:
- 1st telephonic interview with Manager/Sr. Manager/ Director mainly focusing on technical aspects of work e.g. IFRSs knowledge, latest relevant industry news, What do you know about the role your're applying for, how are your writing skills. Best way is to be prepared technically and answer with calmness.
-2nd interview with the partner (also on telephone). This interview would be general for e.g. asking you about your experiences? asking you to describe a situation where you faced a challenge at work and how did you resolve that?.
