I applied online. The process took 2+ months. I interviewed at PwC (Melbourne) in May 2023
Interview
Applied online, got a call 2 days later and the phone screening was arranged for a couple of days later. It took approximately 2 weeks until I heard back that I made it to the next round. Next online interview was 2 weeks later, heard back the next day that I made it to the final partner interview which ended up being 3 weeks later. Two days after the partner round I got a call where I got a verbal offer, the written offer took another week. I was very positively surprised, everyone I talked to was super friendly and interested in my experiences. The only thing that was annoying was that the process all together took over 2 months.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
The first interview was with 2 managers - they asked mostly behavioural questions, for instance, 'Tell me about a time you had to lead a team..' Before the interview you get some tips on how to prepare for those kinds of interviews. The second interview was with a partner and this was really more an informal conversation about interests, experiences... very easy going :) Both interviews were online
