The first step was an HR interview to explain role, team and salary expectations, followed by a Manager Interview to assess skills and aptitude for the role and finally Partner Interview to discuss role and responsibilities within the team.

Very straight forward. We talked about prior experience, goals, and expectations. There were several rounds, but nothing was tricky or unexpected. Everyone I interviewed with was very kind and thoughtful.

Interview
It was tricky but decent. Hands on and real time project questions. They are focused on building relationship and sales foundations. Make sure you are well versed with client mangaemtn skills
