I applied online. I interviewed at PwC in Oct 2024
Interview
Got to meet with a PwC partner and director in a back to back interview. Overall, my recommendation would be to show personality. They know that everyone who's made it to the interview round is smart and qualified, What helped me was being relatable and showing them that I'm someone they want to work with. Make sure to work on your elevator pitch for when they ask you to tell them about yourself. I included some minor details about myself/interest outside the office and we ended up spending a good chunk of time talking about how we have this in common and our experiences.
Come prepared! Before my interview I had a running doc where I composed a list of different questions they might asked based on what I've seen online through reddit/glassdoor/ fishbowl.
The turn around time was very quick, I heard back with a job offer within a few hours.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
1.) Tell me about yourself?
2.) Why tax?
3.) Why PwC?
4.) Make sure to study your resume, they will pull questions from there,
Make sure to go with the flow of the conversation, be engaged when they speak, and ask follow up questions.
5.) Study the attributes, they might ask you questions regarding how you embody those characteristics.
I recommend you do your research and ask genuine questions instead of generic ones.
Had two interviews back to back. Each 30 minutes. Should probably wait for one week in order to get a response after the interview. Which part of tax are you interested in?

What did you learn from your previous internships?
Was two back to back and everyone was very welcome and answered all my questions. I also had a person who had there for a pre interview stage and was making sure I am comfortable
