Interview
I submitted my application online on February 24th. Following the assessment process, I had a phone interview on March 6th and a physical interview on March 22nd. Despite the extended turnaround time, which is understandable given the volume of candidates, I received an offer on April 16th.
Both the phone and physical interviews went smoothly, with a focus on informal and engaging conversation. I found the interview experience enjoyable, as it provided opportunities for personal growth. Questions primarily revolved around behavioral aspects and understanding of PwC.
Tips for future applicants:
1) Prepare for casual conversation.
2) Familiarize yourself with PwC and the job descriptions.
3) Practice answering behavioral questions.
Best wishes to all applicants!
