I applied through a recruiter. The process took 4 months. I interviewed at PwC (Kuala Lumpur) in Jun 2025
Interview
My interview was conducted in person with two partners. Although I had relevant experience in the role and had prepared for technical questions, the interview focused entirely on fit, with no technical components. The questions centered around my past internship experiences, personal values, and how I would align with the firm’s culture.
Both interviewers were warm, approachable, and easy to talk to. The conversation had a friendly, and at times, light-hearted tone. Although the session was scheduled for an hour, it lasted about 30 minutes — but it never felt rushed. I thoroughly enjoyed every minute of it.
Even if I weren’t selected, I would still speak highly of the experience! In my case, I received the outcome very quickly (within two working days), which reflected positively on the firm’s communication and efficiency.

Interview
rubbish. they asked me three questions over 1 hour. They spent so much time talking about the role. Barely any chance to highlight my skills. The questions they asked didn't really delve into how my skills fitted the role.
Il colloquio con il manager andò bene, poi feci quello insieme al partner che non ha fatto niente per mettermi a mio agio. Le domande di media difficoltà e in alcuni casi troppo tecniche per chi ha una minima esperienza pregressa.
