group discussion, report writing, presentation, coach interview. There were 3 group discussions, 1 report writing requiring lots of words to be written within time slot, and group presentation. There was also coach interview which mainly focuses on the performances of the day.

3 sets of exam and two sets of interviews (first and final). the exam were basic but you need to focus on each of them. also the questions on the interviews were quite common but you need to mind your answers well. the interviewers are getting to know who you really are.

Just one interview where they ask you certain situational questions like "What would you do if..." Before that had to do some english and numerical test. Interviewers could follow a list of questions they already prepared beforehand.
