Interview
Assessment centre:
ice break, group case study, presentation, manager interview.
The assessment centre interview lasts half day, during which the interviewees are separated into several groups of 5-6 people. Everyone had a self-introduction, and played a group game together to ice break before the case study.
In the case study, everyone got a general background information and a specific information which required to share with others to get a complete picture of the case. After discussion and brainstorming, there will be followed with a presentation.
