Interview
The best advice I can give to potential candidates is to like up you experiences to the bullet points on the resume. In this way, you bring the person behind the resume out. Basically, they just want to figure out if they can live with you for 60 hours plus a week.

Interview
PwC came to our university to recruit this semester and did a great job. The first interview was with a partner from the Houston office, and it was a comfortable setting because there was a pre-interview dinner the night before with all the candidates and a few staff members, and partners. The office visit was very relaxing, not difficult, but of course they are still evaluating as to whether or not you fit with the company.

Interview
After the college interviews second round was held on the site. Arrived the night before and had dinner with some team members. Everyone was very informal and easygoing. Next day 3 senior level interviews, followed by a lunch. Very nice experience.
