Interview
The interview process was multifaceted, incorporating both online assessments designed to gauge your personality traits and a video component that required you to respond to questions within a limited timeframe. This comprehensive approach aimed to provide a well-rounded evaluation of your suitability for the role. The online assessments delved into various aspects of your character, offering valuable insights into how you might fit within the company's culture and team dynamics. Additionally, the video segment demanded quick thinking and concise articulation, granting you a brief window of 20 to 30 seconds to gather your thoughts before presenting your response. This combination of methods ensured a thorough examination of your capabilities, ensuring that the selection process was as insightful as it was rigorous.
I applied through an employee referral. I interviewed at PwC
Interview
Easy questions mostly HR questions were asked and some questions based on your resume were also asked. The interviewer was damn chill and relaxed. Mostly situational questions were asked first we had HR round and then technical round
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
They asked situation based questions for eg: describe a situation wherein you acted kind of like an ambassador for your institution
The interview process was smooth and straightforward However, the overall vibe of the interview came off as slightly cold as the interviewers asked sharp and direct questions. But dependent on the department as well. Did not pursue the application as felt that the person-role fit was not suitable.
