Online application followed by psychometric test followed by an assessment centre which involved a case study. It was a very nerve wracking experience but the assessors were very understanding and helped create a calm environment.
Was scheduled an interview after psychometric tests. Casual interview over facetime as I was overseas. No technical questions asked. Interviewer was a Senior Manager and HR representative. Overall interview lasted about 40 minutes.
