Psychometric tests which can be mastered through practices, phone interview around competency questions, and assessment center. The only novel thing in the assessment center is the case study, for which, the interviewer doesn't seem to pay attention to us. Make sure you speak confidently and quote some figures. It doesn't matter if you are not making a strong point. Speaking up and engaging with others are essential.

Secondly, assessment day including knowledge test (1 hour), interview with the HR (1hour), interview with a partner and a manager (1 hour) where the test results were discussed as well as my motivation for this position and general knowledge in the field.
