Interview
I was first invited to an on-campus interview. It consisted of many behavioral questions and as always, they will end with "do you have any questions for me?" After this, I was called in for an in-office interview. This process took half the day, 8am-3pm, which starts off with a presentation by the recruiters, 3 consecutive 30 minute interviews by higher ups (managers, senior managers, partners), and then lunch. The interviews also consisted of behavioral questions. Honestly, I think to get into the national leadership program, you needed the second round interview. If they were just thinking of accepting you for local, you would receive the offer right after the first round. This is just my speculation.
