Aptitude test, three rounds of interview: 1st - meeting HR manager (test on your language proficiency, basic background), 2nd - meeting senior manager (test on your knowledge specifically on the position I applied and the industry), 3rd - meeting partner (go through your own interest and deeper conversation on the job position)
One individual zoom manager interview
+ one partner group interview
(one partner+one manager : three candidates)
Overall quite nice atmosphere
Partner in is like coffee chat
lots of casual chat
Domande molto tecniche anche sulla contabilità, ma probabilmente non era proprio una posizione adatta a me che non ho studiato economia. Il partner era molto pungente, il senior manager invece era una persona gentile e tranquilla.
El proceso fue muy bueno y amable desde el primer contacto, siempre fueron claros y resolvieron mis dudas. Asignaron mis pruebas, entrevistas y documentación a entregar conforme a las fechas acordadas.
