Initially, there was an application form to complete - no CV, just a few standard questions. Then there was a set of online aptitude tests followed by an assessment centre. This then led to an interview. At all stages feedback was rapidly provided (within two or three days).

Describe a difficult idea/concept in simple terms.
Assessment Centre- was given a case study to complete in a group of six people about a online tutoring company. We were then split into time slots for our individual interviews.
First was a HR phone call. Mainly behavioural followed by a case study which was sent 24 hours prior to the presentation day where we had to present our findings to a panel

Case study question which revolves around business and optimization question
Everyone was very welcoming and the process was quite straightforward. I could even choose my location at the end. The interviews happened online and were conducted in German. I appreciate the quick feedback.
