Interview
Mi è stato inviato un link con il quale ho potuto accedere al colloquio online. Il primo step di selezione si è svolto con l'HR, mentre il secondo step con un Senior Manager della function per la quale mi stavo candidando. Dopo il primo step di colloquio mi è stato inviato un link per accedere a dei test sulla personalità, e dei test di logica/ragionamento. Tramite un secondo link invece ho potuto accedere al test di inglese. Tutti i test sono della durata di 40 minuti circa. Al termine del test ho potuto visualizzare i risultati del test di personalità, i risultati sono esposti utilizzando dei colori a seconda della personalità rilevata dal test.

3: le sue esperienze sono in linea con la posizione per la quale si è candidato?

Takes quite a long time to complete the process, mostly 2 months to complete the full process. But, they will always be very through with the back ground checks. If you are looking forward to work here, never postpone your given Interview dates.
There were 4 rounds , HM 2. Technical round 3.technical round 4. Partner round. 2nd round Was 1:1 and 3rd round was with panel . The interveiw was average mostly on experience (related t data engineering)
Timely responses, recruiter email and call to check high level knowledge. Recruiter did not know many specifics about position, just was general screening. then 3 video one on one interviews, last interview was with partner. All staff were friendly and kind, all from group I would be joining.
