Interview
The interview experience was quite good. I was interviewed by two people. They started off with a brief introduction of me and then proceeded with some technical questions. I had applied for an actuarial internship so they asked me if I was interested in the life or non life sector and why.

They asked me why did I wanted to join this particular company and if given a chance will I stick to the end of the internship or leave in between.

Interview
There’s no HR. Two to three coworkers in Audit-Team will interview you (so no problem-solving questions). Highly related experiences require, which is hard for a student first apply for an internship.

L'iter di selezione inizia con una telefonata da parte delle risorse umane, procede con un colloquio conoscitivo - attitudinale sempre con le risorse umane e prosegue con due colloqui tecnici con due senior manager del team di riferimento per la posizione.
Entspannt und angenehm. Es wurde hauptsächlich auf personal fit geachtet und ein bisschen über die motivation gesprochen. Die Atmosphäre war locker, ich fühlte mich wohl. Insgesamt wirklich einfach und angenehm.
