I applied through college or university. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at PwC (Boston, MA) in Oct 2014
Interview
First round was on campus, second round was in the office consisting of 3 interviews with a manager, senior manager or director and a partner - questions varied for all three but some questions overlapped. Use STAR approach when answering. Very relaxed. Paired with an associate for the day and went to lunch afterwards. Best interview experience/day.

Question 1
Tell us about a time you were faced with a challenge in a group setting and what you did about to resolve it?
Technical questions were not like other technical interviews. They give you answers as options to pick from instead of you coming up with and presenting your answer like you would normally

Strength based interview, approx. 30 mins. The interviewers were friendly and approachable, as were the entire Talent team. Walked through my CV, general "why us, why you, why this team" questions. Felt like they really wanted to get to know you and how you would fit into the culture.
Super straight forward, standard difficulty questions with a few requiring STAR structured responses. They also asked about my experiences both at uni and extracurricular. It was online for me and I had 2 interviewers.
