Interview
3 Rounds of Interviews, the first one with the HR and followed by rounds with managers ans associate partners. Interview consisted of case and behavioral questions
The case were doable, had decent time and the interviews were mostly interviewer led rather than candidate led
Meeting with hr and straight forward with two senior managers at the same time, asked technical questions about governance and management, my background and experience related. Overall positive meeting, they were extremley kind

The interview process consisted of multiple rounds, including technical discussions focused on data structures, algorithms, backend development, system design, and project experience. There was also a managerial/behavioral discussion covering problem-solving approach, teamwork, communication skills, and overall role fit, followed by an HR discussion regarding compensation, notice period, and joining timelines.
