Competency interview 1 hour by a Senior Manager

Partner Interview 1 hour
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at PwC (Houston, TX) in Nov 2017
Interview
Came in through referral and had 2 phone interviews before the last in-person round. In-person was with 3 people from the People & Organization practice including 2 directors and a Manager. Would have included the practice lead but he was unavailable. Questions were focused around 3 of the 5 competencies they use for all leveling and promotion discussions (whole leadership, business acumen, technical capabilities, global acumen, and relationships).
It was difficult to maintain contact with the recruiter and was left up to me to pursue information and updates. This involved me reaching out to my internal network to keep the ‘ball rolling’.
