Interview
1) Applied via their website in Feb 2016
2) Passed NRT and LRT online. Those are IMB platform standard tests (used also by other BIG4). Feb 2016
3) Had an interview with HR. For 20-30 mins. Really general questions. Such as:
-why PwC?
-the recent news in economy and business and their impact?
-why should we hire you?
-are you a team player or a team leader?

4) Then I had to wait for two months for the invitation for assessment center. I actually got invited 1 month after but because of the exams at the university (at that time I was finishing my bachelor degree) I could come to the assessment center.
There 5 people in the team and we were given each a team case (+individual cases which supported the main team case). We had to solve it under the supervision of the HR and a senior associate.
5) The same day each of us was interviewed by two managers. Then 4 of us gor job offers for Sep 2016

The partner in Financial Service Industry interviewed me and asked me about four questions in the interviews. It was an on campus interview. We got to network with junior associate first in the waiting room and then the interviewer called us.
