I applied through an employee referral. I interviewed at PwC
Interview
Difficulty is very high and managerial skills are required. 3 rounds of interview. 1. Technical one 2. Technical two 3. Partner round. Deep knowledge required to answer as scenario based question mostly. 2 technical is more difficult.
1 Technical Round
1 Managerial Round (asks about salary which is non-ethical)
1 Directorial Round .
Then salary discussion round. Where they negotiated like any small company with me. At first before CV screening I told my expected percentage which was 50% only as per current market scene 100-130% is the average going in 2022. After so much rounds they offered only 20% hike and stayed rigid on that.. My experience with PWC India is real bad.. Pls don't sit in interviews for wasting your valuable time.. !!
