Not great, they gone for the approval and now HR stating that position on hold. After multiple chasers only they revealed that the position on hold. There is no streamlined process in discussing the offer letter.

The interview process was efficient and transparent. I spoke with a recruiter and then had two virtual interviews. I heard back after each interview very quickly. The guidance I was given in advance of the interviews was sufficient for me to be prepared for the questions.
