PwC Manager interview questions

There were 4 rounds of interviews. Recruiter always seemed confused about what round of interview we are going through. Recruiter was super late in replying and always late even after i followed up. Finally i was made an offer as a Sr. Associate whereas i applied for the manager role. I declined it. Then, another round of interview was scheduled to reassess the skills for the managerial position and recruiter never got back to me about outcome of that interview. It is not about getting selected or rejected; but would atleast expect a response from such a big firm. I wasted my more than 45 days of interview process.

Three thirty minute individual interviews with directors and a partner. They asked mostly situational, behavioral questions, for example 'Describe a time you had a difficult conversation with a subordinate, how did you approach the conversation, what was the outcome.'
