PwC Senior Associate interview questions

Interviewed in New York. Overall, the interview was casual with behavioral style questions. Phone screening and then super day. Super day was 3 rounds, plus time for the case study analysis. Everyone was very professional, friendly, and bright. Seemed like a great firm and place to work.

I am based out of UK. I had applied on the PwC UK careers section and received an email for a first stage video conference interview. The interview was semi technical in nature..pretty straightforward and the interviewer allowed ample opportunity to speak and narrate details of previous experience. Scenarios are presented wherein the decision making capabilities are assessed. The next stage was another video conference with the Director of the practice. He was assessing the strategic fit of my prev experience to what PwC needs. He was also asking about my planned tenure of stay in UK (long term plan or short term 2 yrs etc.), also some examples of how i managed team members as part of prev jobs.
