I had a phone call with a local recruiter next, and then I was scheduled to meet with a director level consultant from the team I would be joining. PwC partner then no-showed for our scheduled interview and I only found out that someone else had been offered the position after I called their recruiting hotline to notify them about the no-show and they opened up another window for me to reschedule. When I did that, I guess it got the attention of the hiring manager, who sent a rejection within 5 minutes. Look, I don't care if you don't hire me, but don't waste my time, and don't use your HR IT to handle your task management when it involves communicating with real people.
